Questions we hear often
What are your store timings?
We are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, all seven days of the week, including most public holidays. If you need something outside these hours, call us and we will do our best.
Do you deliver to my home?
Yes, we deliver in and around Raj Nagar and Sachin. Send your list on WhatsApp or call the store, and we will confirm the delivery slot for your area.
How do I place an order on WhatsApp?
Save +91 63536 29344 and message us your list — typed, as a voice note, or even a photo of a handwritten list. We will confirm availability and let you know when it is packed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash. For delivery orders you can pay digitally in advance or at the door, whichever you prefer.
What if an item I want is not in stock?
Tell us at the counter or on WhatsApp. For regularly requested products we arrange them in the next stock cycle and let you know once they arrive.
Can I return or exchange something?
Sealed, unused items in original condition with the original bill can be exchanged. Perishables such as dairy and fresh produce should be checked at the counter before you leave. Details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you handle bulk or festival orders?
Yes. For functions, festivals or office requirements, give us a day or two of notice so quantities can be arranged properly and packed on time.
